When the Bruins give up opportunities, they give up wide the fuck open right in front of the goalie opportunities.

Literally both third period goals. You're not gonna beat a hot goalie with that shit.

A New Hampshire native sticking it to the Bruins made this so much better.

Fuck Boston sports. I don't give a shit Brasky or Linguini. Your lame teams win it every year. Good to see somebody else hold the trophy for once.

Now hopefully a giant meteor destroys the Bay Area and KD gets AIDS.

Now you can focus on your Twins.  Halfway through the season with the best record in baseball, who would have thunk it.

imagine drafting a diabetic celiac in the first round

Cookies on the bench and Celiac isn't real. No problem. Can't wait for 40 goal rookie campaign.

Oilers bought out one of their few capable defensemen (Sekera) so they can overpay Brett Connolly

The verdict is in? Edmonton Oilers given 0.0 per cent chance of winning Stanley Cup in 2020

Reports the Scout: “They have a 3.1% chance of getting past the first round of the playoffs. They have a 0.7% chance of getting past round 2. If they do manage to beat the odds and advance past round 2, their chances of winning the West is 0.1%. The sum of all of their regular season money line implied probabilities (adjusted for the juice) projects to 39 wins. Their 35 actual wins was below expectation. Home ice was not an advantage, at least not in terms of meeting expectations. They were OK on the road. They went 17-24 on the road and were expected to win 17.2. Their 43.9% home win percentage was much worse than expected (53.1%).”

Under the heading of Strengths and Weaknesses, Scout reports on the Oilers: “Their record should be slightly better. Since 10/3/2018 their average goal differential is -0.51 (includes playoff games) which ranks #24 in the league, but their rank based on points (per game) is #25. They are the #24 ranked team in goal differential (based on all teams’ road stats) and the #25 ranked team among home teams.”

not that the Oilers have any chance of winning the cup, but..

The top team, Tampa Bay, is given a 22.6 per cent chance of winning the Cup.

:rofl-lol:

Toronto is next best with a 10.7 per cent chance.

Holy shit, Holland completely fleeced the Flames.

Lucic for James Neal, straight up. Minimal salary retained and a conditional 3rd to Calgary. Flamers fans are fucking livid.

:rofl-lol:
