They are too good for that shit-hole.

May 2016 — Radiohead's 9th studio album (and one of their finest), A Moon Shaped Pool, is released.

June 2017 — Radiohead releases a 20th-anniversary OK Computer reissue, OKNOTOK 1997 2017, comprising a remastered version of the album, B-sides, and three previously unreleased tracks, "I Promise," "Man of War" and "Lift."

October 2018 — Thom Yorke releases his 1st feature film soundtrack, Suspiria.

December 2018 — Radiohead were nominated for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2017, their first year of eligibility. They were nominated again in 2018, and will be inducted in 2019.

This is OK Computer sessions that somebody hacked and demanded ransom for, so the band officially released it. Free listen and a link to buy at the link.

This is not an attack on their music, but anybody who spells Tom as Thom sounds like a pretentious tool.

It's a UK thing. It's not fedora.

Still haven't listened to too much. I just stumbled upon that and knew you guys liked them, so I decided to share.

My thought so far on ANIMA are about the same as my thoughts on all Thom Yorke solo stuff.

1. It's pretty good.

2. There are a couple absolute gems.

3. It would be better if it was a Radiohead album.

His albums always sound a bit thin to me with all the electro-percussion noodling. I keep waiting for some droning guitar or synth to kick in.

I have n't listened to it yet. I guess I will somewhere down the road.

I assume it'll be the same old, boring electronica wankfest like his previous two albums.

I think Thom has reached a point when he's just repeating himself over and over again with each release.

I have n't liked anything Radiohead did since In Rainbows. I found A Moon Shaped Pool very redundant and bereft of any freshness.

You should listen to Moon Shaped Pool again if you think it's redundant. In Rainbows was basically a Radiohead throwback album. It's an all-time great album, but it's probably their only album that actually is redundant.
